Vulcanization press insulation
In recent times we have specialized in the design of removable flexible insulation for the tire industry, especially in vulcanization presses.
Our jackets allow the lagging of different elements of the presses, valves, pipes, elbows, hoses or flanges.
In the tire vulcanizing presses temperatures of 180ºC are reached, so the dissipation and loss of energy is very important, that is why the installation of the THERMATRON system reduces the energy consumption.
Usually, we find that the elements of the presses are isolated by means of shell or thermal insulating tape, but these systems do not favor the maintenance tasks since they are not easily removable, for that reason the THERMATRON system, with its ease of assembly by means of hooks, does not need of tools for its uninstallation, thus facilitating the work of maintenance operators, thus reducing working time.
